Martin Transport operates the company's fleet of tank truck transportation services.
The subsidiary is an active transporter of petroleum products, LP Gas, molten
sulfur, sulfuric acid, paper mill liquids, chemicals, dry bulk, and other various
bulk liquid commodities.
Our transportation services fleet is made up of some 500 trucks and 900 tank
trailers designed to accommodate various cargo requirements.
Our Transportation services cater to petroleum, petrochemical and chemical industries
located across the United States. Truck terminals are located in Baytown, Corpus
Christi, Beaumont, Longview, Houston, Kilgore, Plainview, and Odessa, Texas; Decatur,
and Mobile, Alabama; Hattiesburg, Mississippi; Cordele, Georgia; Bossier City,
Baton Rouge and Reserve Louisiana; Chattanooga Tennessee; Stephens, Smackover, and Crossett Arkansas; and Kenova, West Virginia.

Martin’s Sulfur tanks are used for transporting molten and emulsified sulfur
products. They have a typical payload of 22.3 long tons and are stainless steel
constructed.

Martin’s Propane trailers are capable of handling 10,500 gallons with a 250
to 265 psi pressure rating, and are DOT type 331 constructed tanks. Products include
propane, butanes and other LPG products.

Martin’s Chemical tanks are used to haul a variety
of products. Tanks include center and rear unloading, stainless steel, insulated
and non-insulated units and single and multi-compartment units. Capacities range
from 5000 gallons to 9000 gallons.

Martin has a variety of equipment designed to transport different types and concentrations
of acids and caustics. We have different types of phenolic and rubber lined trailers,
and derakane lined trailers with several types of loading and unloading configurations.
We have 3 axle caustic trailers based in Louisiana which enables us to get maximum
payload on some intra-state LA locations.

A large percentage of our current business deals with pulp mill liquids; black,
green, & white liquor, soap skimmings, tall oil, caustic, sodium hydrosulfide,
emulsified sulfur, etc. We currently have over 180 stainless steel insulated tank
trailers available for this service.
